You can strut your stuff by using the graphic as your signature in forums. DistributedComputing.infoDistributedComputing.info is the oldest volunteer computing site around that doesn't host a project of its own. What it lacks in Web 2.0 bling, it more than makes up for in quantity and quality of information. I would not miss this one. Grid CaféGrid Café is a fun site that gives an introduction and a background to VC. It has been professionally developed by the people at CERN. This site also mixes in more technical information about grid computing on a non-end user level which may interest some of you out there with cone shaped heads. The ultimate purpose of this site is to create awareness of CERN's upcoming need for VC, distributed storage, and other grid technologies. Grid RepublicGrid Republic makes it easy for inexperienced users to join Volunteer Computing projects; the web site has a simple click-and-run interface. The design is a nice break from the bland appearance of many BOINC project home pages. Grid Republic was developed in collaboration with the BOINC team. How to Join Distributed Computing Projects that Benefit HumanityThis site contains loads of insightful material discussing the merits of different projects based on their possible value for human kind, if they are not-for-profit, if they are run efficiently and securely, and whether or not their results are made available to the public. The author lists many projects then details his likes and dislikes of each. Opinions are given on the projects along with reasons for each opinion. Open Directory Project's Distributed Computing CategoryThe Open Directory Project is a directory of internet sites that is maintained by actual human volunteers. The distributed computing section is a list of projects chosen by the maintainer of the category. TeamsVolunteer Computing teams are groups of users that join together to participate in projects. Statistics can show a specific team's performance as well as individuals'.

Unofficial BOINC WikiThe Unofficial BOINC wiki contains information about the BOINC platform and the projects that can be run on it.
